The project to renovate the gates and loading bays in the buildings leased and owned by CTV will be finished by the end of the year. This is a substantial improvement, directly helping ensure people’s safety and the energy efficiency of the warehouses. The total investment for this purpose is €435,000.

Other actions carried out in these buildings include replacing skylights to allow more natural light into the warehouses, replacing lighting with LED lamps, improving fire detection systems and more.
The Phase 2 North and Phase 2 South Owners Communities have decided on a series of improvements that are under way, including:
- Control and signage measures to prevent lorries parking on public roads.
Installing solar panels on the roof to offset use of electricity from the public grid. - Improving and renovating the road surface on several streets.
- Monitoring fire-fighting water flows for more effective response in the case of incidents.
In February, the Phase 1 Owners Community will meet to discuss completion of the road renovation plan, among other actions.
